Our Commitment to Accuracy

SwapLedger aims to publish accurate, clear, and current information about ChangeNow and related crypto services. We review public information, service terms, user facing features, fees, supported assets, and other relevant details.

Crypto services can change quickly. Rates, limits, availability, supported networks, policies, and product features may change after publication. We update pages when reliable new information becomes available.

SwapLedger is an independent publication. We are not ChangeNow and are not created, operated, or endorsed by ChangeNow unless a page clearly states otherwise.

How to Submit a Correction

Please include the following details where possible:

• The statement you believe is inaccurate.
• The correction you suggest.
• A link to a reliable source that supports the correction.
• Your name and contact details, if you would like a response.

We welcome correction requests from readers, companies, researchers, and other interested parties. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a change will be made.

How We Process Corrections

Our editorial team reviews each correction request against reliable sources. These may include official ChangeNow documentation, published terms, public announcements, blockchain records, regulator notices, and reputable reporting.

We assess the specific claim, check the source date, and confirm whether the information applies to the page in question. If the claim is correct, we update the content as soon as practical.

We may revise wording when a statement is unclear, incomplete, outdated, or likely to mislead readers. For significant factual errors, we add a visible correction note near the affected text.

We do not remove accurate criticism or change editorial conclusions solely because a company, partner, or reader disagrees with them. Opinions are reviewed for fairness, factual support, and clear labeling.

Correction Timelines

We aim to acknowledge correction requests within 5 business days when a response is needed. Straightforward factual corrections are usually reviewed within 10 business days.

Requests that require further verification, technical testing, legal review, or contact with a source may take longer. Urgent issues involving security, fraud, account safety, or materially incorrect service information receive priority review.

If we cannot verify a claim, we may leave the content unchanged, revise it to reflect uncertainty, or state that no reliable published source confirms the claim.

Transparency Log

SwapLedger notes material corrections inline on the relevant page. A correction note may state what was changed and the date of the update. Minor edits for spelling, grammar, formatting, or clarity may not receive a separate note.

When an article is substantially updated because ChangeNow changes a feature, policy, supported asset, or other important detail, we may revise the publication or update date shown on the page.

Inline correction notes help readers understand when a previous statement was changed. They do not alter the original editorial purpose of the page.
