Terms and Conditions

Effective date: October 20, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of SwapLedger, available at cha-ngenow.to, including any related pages, exchange tools, communications, and services provided through the website.

In these Terms and Conditions, “SwapLedger,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the SwapLedger website at cha-ngenow.to. “You” and “your” refer to any person or entity accessing or using SwapLedger.

By accessing cha-ngenow.to, creating an account where available, submitting an exchange request, connecting a wallet, sending digital assets to an address displayed by SwapLedger, or otherwise using the services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use SwapLedger.

1. Scope of the Services

SwapLedger provides a website through which users may view digital asset information and request cryptocurrency exchanges or related blockchain transaction services. The services available through cha-ngenow.to may change from time to time.

SwapLedger may use liquidity providers, exchange providers, blockchain infrastructure providers, wallet services, compliance providers, and other third parties to process or support transactions. A transaction may involve one or more third party service providers.

SwapLedger does not guarantee that every digital asset, blockchain network, wallet, country, payment method, or transaction type will be available at all times. We may add, remove, suspend, or restrict support for any asset, network, service, or feature at our discretion.

SwapLedger is not a bank. Digital assets are not legal tender in most jurisdictions. Digital assets are not protected by deposit insurance, investor compensation schemes, or similar protections unless a law specifically requires otherwise.

2. Eligibility

You may use SwapLedger only if you have reached the legal age of majority in your place of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

By using cha-ngenow.to, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are legally permitted to use the services under the laws that apply to you.
  • You are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of a jurisdiction where use of SwapLedger would be prohibited.
  • You are not subject to sanctions, asset freezes, trade restrictions, or other legal restrictions that prohibit your use of the services.
  • You are not acting on behalf of a person or entity that is subject to such restrictions.
  • You will provide accurate and complete information when SwapLedger requests it.
  • You will use only wallet addresses and funds that you are legally entitled to control.

You must not use SwapLedger if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law. You are responsible for determining whether your use of cha-ngenow.to is permitted in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptance of Risk

Digital asset transactions involve substantial risk. The value of cryptocurrencies and tokens can change rapidly and may fall to zero. You may lose all or part of the value of digital assets involved in a transaction.

By using SwapLedger, you understand and accept the following risks:

  • Digital asset prices may be highly volatile.
  • Exchange rates may change between the time you receive a quote and the time a transaction is completed.
  • Blockchain transactions may be delayed, rejected, reversed through chain reorganization, or remain unconfirmed for extended periods.
  • Blockchain networks may experience congestion, outages, fee increases, software failures, forks, attacks, or other disruptions.
  • Tokens may lose value due to market events, technical issues, issuer actions, regulatory action, loss of liquidity, fraud, or other causes.
  • Incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported networks, missing destination tags, incorrect memos, and other user errors can cause permanent loss of digital assets.
  • Fraudsters may impersonate SwapLedger, create fake websites, send deceptive messages, or attempt to obtain your private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets.

You use SwapLedger at your own risk. You should not exchange digital assets unless you understand the relevant transaction, the applicable blockchain network, and the risks involved.

Nothing on cha-ngenow.to constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Information displayed by SwapLedger is provided for general informational purposes.

SwapLedger does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, exchange, or transfer any particular digital asset. Any decision to use the services is your own decision. You should obtain independent advice from qualified professionals before making decisions involving digital assets, taxes, or legal obligations.

Any market data, pricing information, token descriptions, blockchain data, charts, or third party content on cha-ngenow.to may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. You must verify information independently before relying on it.

5. Exchange Requests and Transaction Formation

When you submit an exchange request through SwapLedger, you ask SwapLedger and its applicable service providers to process a conversion or transfer involving the selected digital assets.

An exchange request is not complete merely because you have entered transaction details or received a deposit address. A transaction may require receipt of the required digital assets, sufficient blockchain confirmations, successful compliance checks, technical validation, and availability from relevant service providers.

SwapLedger may refuse, suspend, cancel, delay, or reverse the processing of an exchange request where permitted by law and where reasonably necessary, including in the following circumstances:

  • The transaction contains incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent information.
  • The deposit is sent on an unsupported network.
  • The amount sent differs from the required amount.
  • The transaction is suspected to involve fraud, theft, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, or another unlawful purpose.
  • SwapLedger cannot complete the transaction because of technical problems, liquidity issues, blockchain conditions, provider restrictions, or legal requirements.
  • We receive an order from a court, regulator, law enforcement agency, or other competent authority.

SwapLedger does not guarantee that a requested exchange will be completed at a particular rate, within a particular period, or at all.

6. Rates, Quotes, Fees, and Network Costs

SwapLedger may display estimated exchange rates, fixed rates, floating rates, expected output amounts, service fees, network fees, and other transaction information before you submit an exchange request. Information displayed before completion may be an estimate unless it is expressly identified as fixed.

A floating rate transaction may be completed at the rate available when the relevant deposit is received and processed, rather than the rate shown when you started the request. Market movement, confirmation delays, blockchain congestion, liquidity conditions, and provider pricing may affect the final amount received.

A fixed rate may be subject to time limits, deposit amount requirements, blockchain confirmation requirements, and other conditions disclosed during the transaction flow. If those conditions are not met, the transaction may be processed at a different rate, delayed, returned where feasible, or require further instructions.

Network fees are charged by blockchain networks or their participants. Such fees may change without notice. In some cases, network costs, provider charges, or other costs may be deducted from the amount you receive.

You are responsible for reviewing the transaction details shown on cha-ngenow.to before sending digital assets. Once a blockchain transfer has been submitted, it may be impossible to change or cancel it.

7. Wallet Addresses and User Instructions

You are solely responsible for entering and verifying the destination wallet address, network, destination tag, memo, payment identifier, and all other transaction details.

You must use a wallet address that supports the selected digital asset and blockchain network. You must not send assets to an address from an incompatible network.

SwapLedger is not responsible for loss arising from:

  • An incorrect, incomplete, or invalid recipient address.
  • A missing or incorrect destination tag, memo, payment ID, or similar identifier.
  • Use of an unsupported blockchain network.
  • Sending an unsupported asset or token.
  • Sending an amount below a stated minimum.
  • Sending funds after an exchange request has expired.
  • Instructions provided by a third party, including a scammer or impersonator.

Do not provide your private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, password, or wallet credentials to SwapLedger or to any person claiming to represent SwapLedger. Legitimate SwapLedger support will not ask for your private keys or seed phrase.

8. Blockchain Confirmations and Processing Times

Digital asset transactions depend on independent blockchain networks. SwapLedger does not control block production, network confirmation times, validator conduct, miner conduct, gas fees, chain reorganizations, or blockchain outages.

Processing times shown on cha-ngenow.to are estimates only. A transaction can take longer than expected due to blockchain congestion, insufficient transaction fees, delayed confirmations, maintenance, technical failures, liquidity limitations, compliance reviews, or third party provider delays.

A transaction may be treated as pending until the applicable blockchain records a sufficient number of confirmations. SwapLedger may require additional confirmations based on transaction amount, asset type, network conditions, risk indicators, or internal security requirements.

9. Compliance, Verification, and Source of Funds

SwapLedger may conduct transaction monitoring, blockchain analytics, sanctions screening, fraud checks, and other compliance reviews. We may request information or documents to verify your identity, address, ownership of a wallet, source of funds, source of wealth, purpose of a transaction, or authority to act for another person or entity.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and documentation when reasonably requested. You authorize SwapLedger to verify information using third party providers, public records, blockchain analytics providers, or other lawful sources.

If you fail to provide requested information, provide information that is inaccurate or misleading, or do not complete a required review, SwapLedger may suspend or decline the transaction. Assets may be held while a review is pending where permitted by applicable law.

SwapLedger may report transactions, disclose information, retain records, or cooperate with competent authorities when required or permitted by applicable law.

10. Prohibited Use

You must not use SwapLedger, cha-ngenow.to, or any related service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

Prohibited activity includes:

  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, tax evasion, or concealment of criminal proceeds.
  • Fraud, phishing, impersonation, extortion, ransomware activity, theft, hacking, or unauthorized access to wallets or accounts.
  • Transactions involving stolen assets, exploit proceeds, darknet market activity, illegal gambling, child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, or other illegal conduct.
  • Use of false identities, forged documents, misleading information, or an attempt to evade verification or transaction monitoring.
  • Use of SwapLedger on behalf of a sanctioned person, prohibited person, or unlawful enterprise.
  • Interference with the operation, security, availability, or integrity of cha-ngenow.to.
  • Use of bots, scripts, scrapers, crawlers, or automated systems without SwapLedger’s prior written permission.
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits, access controls, security measures, transaction limits, or geographic restrictions.
  • Using SwapLedger to violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another person.

SwapLedger may take any action it considers appropriate in response to suspected prohibited use, subject to applicable law. Such action may include refusing transactions, suspending access, preserving records, requesting further information, reporting activity, and cooperating with law enforcement or regulators.

11. Sanctions and Restricted Persons

You represent and warrant that you are not a person or entity subject to sanctions, embargoes, trade restrictions, asset freezes, or similar restrictive measures imposed by any authority whose laws apply to you or to SwapLedger.

You must not use SwapLedger for the direct or indirect benefit of a sanctioned person, a person located in a restricted territory, or a person involved in prohibited activity.

SwapLedger may restrict access from certain jurisdictions or decline transactions involving specific digital assets, wallet addresses, blockchain activity, or counterparties. Such restrictions may be applied without prior notice where necessary for legal, security, or compliance reasons.

12. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, collecting, withholding, filing, and paying all taxes, duties, levies, or similar charges that may arise from your use of SwapLedger or your digital asset transactions.

SwapLedger does not calculate, report, withhold, or pay taxes on your behalf unless required by applicable law. You should consult a qualified tax adviser regarding the tax treatment of cryptocurrency transactions in your jurisdiction.

13. User Accounts and Security

Some features of SwapLedger may require an account, email address, authentication method, or other access credentials. You must keep your credentials confidential and must not allow another person to access your account or use your authentication details.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, device, email address, wallet connection, or credentials, except to the extent caused directly by SwapLedger’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

You must promptly notify SwapLedger at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access, a compromised account, a phishing attempt, or misuse of your information. Notification does not guarantee that a pending blockchain transaction can be stopped or recovered.

SwapLedger may provide access to third party websites, blockchain explorers, wallet providers, liquidity providers, payment services, analytics tools, or other external services. These third parties operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

SwapLedger does not control and is not responsible for third party content, availability, acts, omissions, products, services, security, or policies. Your use of a third party service is at your own risk.

A link to a third party website does not mean that SwapLedger endorses or approves that website, service, organization, or content.

15. Intellectual Property

The SwapLedger name, cha-ngenow.to website content, software, text, graphics, logos, interfaces, designs, compilations, and other materials are owned by SwapLedger or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

SwapLedger grants you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use cha-ngenow.to for lawful personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, reproduce, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of SwapLedger without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits the activity.

16. Privacy and Data Handling

SwapLedger may collect and process personal information, device information, transaction information, wallet addresses, blockchain data, communications, and verification information as needed to operate, secure, improve, and comply with legal obligations related to the services.

Blockchain transactions are generally public and permanent. A wallet address, transaction hash, asset amount, and related blockchain data may be visible to the public on a blockchain explorer. SwapLedger cannot remove public blockchain records.

By using cha-ngenow.to, you acknowledge that information may be shared with service providers, liquidity providers, compliance providers, professional advisers, competent authorities, and other parties where necessary to process transactions, prevent fraud, comply with law, or protect SwapLedger and its users.

17. Availability and Changes to the Service

SwapLedger may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of cha-ngenow.to at any time. We may perform maintenance, updates, security work, provider changes, or other operational work that affects access to the services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error free, or virus free operation of SwapLedger. The website may be unavailable due to maintenance, system failure, cyber incidents, internet interruptions, blockchain conditions, third party failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

SwapLedger may correct errors, update asset information, modify rates, remove content, or cancel affected requests where reasonably necessary. We are not required to honor a rate, amount, or transaction result that was caused by an obvious technical, display, calculation, or pricing error.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SwapLedger and cha-ngenow.to are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

SwapLedger makes no representation or warranty, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, security, or uninterrupted operation.

SwapLedger does not warrant that the services will meet your requirements, that any transaction will be completed, that any rate will remain available, that a blockchain will function without interruption, or that the website will be free from errors, harmful code, or security vulnerabilities.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions in this section apply only to the extent permitted by law.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SwapLedger, its owners, employees, contractors, licensors, affiliates, service providers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage.

This limitation includes loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss caused by market movement, loss of digital assets, loss caused by an incorrect wallet address, loss caused by blockchain delays, and loss arising from a third party service or security incident.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwapLedger’s total liability arising from or related to your use of cha-ngenow.to will not exceed the service fees actually paid by you to SwapLedger for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable law does not permit exclusion.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SwapLedger, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

  • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Your violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.
  • Your use or misuse of SwapLedger or cha-ngenow.to.
  • Information, documents, wallet addresses, or instructions you provide.
  • A transaction conducted using your account, wallet, device, or credentials.

21. Suspension and Termination

SwapLedger may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to cha-ngenow.to or the services at any time where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, operational, legal, or risk management reasons.

Termination or suspension does not affect obligations that arose before the termination or suspension. Sections concerning risk, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, intellectual property, disputes, and any provisions that should continue by their nature will remain effective after termination.

If access is suspended or a transaction is placed under review, SwapLedger may contact you using the information available to us. You must cooperate with reasonable requests needed to address the issue.

22. Electronic Communications

You agree that SwapLedger may communicate with you electronically through cha-ngenow.to, email, transaction notices, support messages, or other electronic methods.

Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your email address and contact details current where such details are used.

23. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

SwapLedger may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on cha-ngenow.to with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of SwapLedger after updated Terms and Conditions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to an update, you must stop using cha-ngenow.to and the services.

Changes will not alter rights or obligations relating to a transaction that was completed before the change took effect, except where required by applicable law or where the change addresses fraud, security, or compliance concerns.

24. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws that apply to the SwapLedger service operator, except where mandatory consumer protection or other mandatory laws require a different result.

You agree to first contact SwapLedger at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution of any concern or dispute. You must provide sufficient details about the issue, the relevant transaction, and the requested outcome.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it must be brought before a court with competent jurisdiction under applicable law, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring the dispute in another forum.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

26. No Waiver

A failure or delay by SwapLedger to enforce a provision of these Terms and Conditions does not waive our right to enforce that provision later. Any waiver must be made in writing by an authorized representative of SwapLedger.

27. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without SwapLedger’s prior written consent.

SwapLedger may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or other business transfer, subject to applicable law.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with any transaction specific information displayed on cha-ngenow.to and any applicable privacy notice or policy, form the entire agreement between you and SwapLedger regarding your use of the services.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and transaction specific terms displayed during an exchange request, the transaction specific terms will apply to that transaction to the extent of the conflict.

29. Contact Information
